One hour per day is reasonable. It's a manageable amount of time alongside a busy work schedule, exercise, social life and everything else. It's small enough that it doesn't feel like a sacrifice, but consistent enough that real progress adds up over time.

Over the past couple of weeks, I've been iterating in these 60-minute blocks, using both ChatGPT and Gemini to unblock me whenever new issues arise. Maybe it's a dumb idea to code a FII Analyst in Rust/Svelte – but it's moving forward, and that sensation has been interesting. I'm thinking more and more about possible directions for the project.

All smoke and mirrors, of course, until I get a usable MVP with a single real feature out in front of paying users. Focus remains key.

Here's what I've managed so far:

  • Seed 400+ FIIs into ResumoFII with basic data
  • Basic login working
  • Rough sketch of the AI analysis pipeline
  • Basic FII list with filtering
  • Basic FII detail page with user gating and CTAs

I've also been keeping my eye on the /r/investimentos subreddit, which seems like a good potential launchpad. Recently, someone posted a simple side project – basically just a list of downloadable PDF reports with quick search – and the positive response was clear.

People are looking for faster, better tools. There's a real pain point here.

Guess it's time to go full throttle.

One hour per day.
